Pesto alla Genovese is prepared using only Italian basil (36%). The delicate scent of basil combines with a strong note of an excellent Italian cheese: Pecorino. It is in this way that all the ingredients come together to create a recipe with a thicker consistency: ideal for both first courses and spreadable sauces.

Ingredients:

Sunflower oil, Italian basil (36%), cashew nuts, salt, Pecorino Romano DOP cheese (sheep’s milk, salt, rennet), pine nuts, garlic, antioxidant: ascorbic acid; acidity regulator: citric acid. The product does not contain GMOs.

Expiration date:

To be consumed within 24 months. Guaranteed shelf life: 3/4 (18 months).
